Conditions of Sale (E-Commerce)

  1. 4.1

Contract Formation: When you place an order on our website, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract between us is only formed when we send you a confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

  2. 4.2

Pricing and Payment: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Delivery and Risk: We will arrange for the delivery of the goods to the address specified in your order. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.

  4. 4.4

Consumer Rights & Returns (B2C): If you are purchasing as a consumer (for personal use), under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
