   Our website allows you to view and purchase a range of our "Red Light Therapy" products.

   You are permitted to use our website to make purchases for personal (domestic) or commercial (B2B) use. However, unauthorised use of our website or its content is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to take steps — including legal action — against any person or company who uses our website or services in an unauthorised manner. Unauthorised use includes (but is not limited to) breach of copyright, data scraping, or other companies scraping pricing data for competitive advantage.

   You are not permitted to do anything that may affect the security of our website or any information or material stored within it.

   You may not operate any link to our website without first obtaining our written permission. Any such permission may be revoked without notice, and we reserve the right to require you to remove any link immediately and at any time.

1. 4.1

   Contract Formation: When you place an order on our website, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract between us is only formed when we send you a confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

2. 4.2

   Pricing and Payment: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

3. 4.3

   Delivery and Risk: We will arrange for the delivery of the goods to the address specified in your order. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.

   Consumer Rights & Returns (B2C): If you are purchasing as a consumer (for personal use), under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The goods must be returned to us in their original, unused condition. You are responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods.

   Commercial Purchases (B2B): The 45-day consumer cooling-off period does not apply to commercial or business-to-business (B2B) purchases. Returns for commercial purchases are only accepted in the case of defective equipment or in accordance with specific commercial warranties.

   WEEE Compliance: As a retailer of electrical and electronic equipment, we operate in compliance with the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations.

   You must keep any passwords you create confidential, and they must not be disclosed to or shared with anyone. You are solely responsible for all use of your account on our website.

   Where you provide information about any other individual, you are confirming to us that you have their authority to do so.

Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:00 pm, excluding bank holidays. Calls may be recorded for training, quality and monitoring purposes.
