Yes. For oversized commercial-grade units, such as full-body red light therapy beds, we use specialist freight couriers. Delivery times vary for these units, so our team will contact you directly after your purchase to coordinate a suitable delivery and installation window.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Guarantee on our wearable masks, blankets, and domestic devices. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return the item in its original, as-new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This 30-day consumer guarantee does not apply to commercial B2B purchases, which are subject to specific manufacturer warranties.
